Store Policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday excluding weekends and Holidays. orders are processed within 3-7  business days excluding (Sales). Most packages are delivered between 2-3 business days after customer receives tracking number via email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Kolby Hair is not responsible for mishandled, lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left our fulfillment center and with the carriers, either USPS OR UPS.

We do not ship to Po Boxes.
Please verify your address before completing your order. Once your Order begins processing, we will not update an address. Your order will be canceled and refunded; therefore, you will need to place another order with a correct Shipping Address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of being placed.
